Formed in 2009 by Cody Black (Vocals/Guitar), Tommy Arnold (Bass), Brandon McDuffie (Drums), Kyle Rowe (Keyboards) and Jack Lenhart (Guitars). Coming from backgrounds of multi-genre musical study, teaching and countless days of live gigging and studio session experience. The band played around the memphis tri-state area for several years before entering the studio to record their debut album. While in the studio the band gained an impressive roster of dates as a local opening act for many heavy hitters in the metal genre. Since 2009 Throne has played with headlining acts such as Behemoth, Trivium, All That Remains, Devil Driver, God Forbid, Goatwhore, Napalm Death and the Acacia Strain just to name a few.

With the release of the their 2013 debut album Perdition, Throne is truly a force to be reckoned with as they look to tour as much as possible in support of the new album and build the empire of fans with every show and town they visit.

Throne is determined for the opportunity to become one of the biggest new names in extreme music today.
