The band SURGICAL DISSECTION (ex-DISSECTION) was origin in September 1993 and consisted of this members: Robo Kmeť – vocals, Ján Čief – guitar, Michal Molnár – drums, Ján Jambrich - bass guitar, Martin Majer – guitar. From the start is possible to compare the music of the band to classic death metal with some components of grindcore. Singer Robo Kmeť left the band in summer 1996 and guitarist Ján čief did it a mount after him. They co-operated at their own project.
Originatin' from Slovakia, Surgical Dissection play stout, formidable Brutal Death Metal or, to give them their self-styled sub-genre classification, Grinding Brutal Core! In the past year or so, I've afforded parts o' their discography a few idle listens and enjoyed their chunky, blast-ridden sound, so let's see what their latest full length brings to the Brootal table. As a matter o' fact, this band is not the set o' chug-chumps that many may have dismissed them as; their compositions are sleek ‘n' cohesive and their delivery is enormously tight ‘n' convincing, which does well to elevate this work above the listless chug-sluggery doled out by many of their cloddish contemporaries.
